If you plan on using a vehicle or float in the parade, you MUST complete the Vehicle Liability Waiver. Forms must be mailed to the Queens Pride Committee by May 10, 2013. If you fail to provide a completed Vehicle Liability Waiver, your vehicle WILL NOT BE ALLOWED in the parade.
